Pre-Employment Medical | This may or may not be the responsibility of the crew member, depending on cruise line/concessionary and position. Please refer to received paperwork. |
C1/D Visa (not required for US/Canadian passport holders) – some positions will also require B1/B2 Visa, if training will be provided on land prior to embarking | This is paid for by the crew member and will be reimbursed upon producing receipt on board. |
Flight from crew member’s home (major gateway only) to port. | This may or may not be the responsibility of the crew member, depending on cruise line/concessionary and position. Please refer to received paperwork. |
Pre-embarkation hotel, food, land transfers | This is paid for by the cruise line/concessionary unless otherwise specified. |
Costume/Uniform | This is provided by the cruise line/concessionary at no cost to the crew member unless otherwise specified. Shoes might be required in specific colors to match uniform and will be at crew member’s cost, if applicable. |
Flight from port to crew member’s home (major gateway only) | If full contract is completed, this will be covered by the cruise line/concessionary unless otherwise specified. |
