CAST-A-WAY Cruise and Resort Hiring Agency opened its first franchise in 2004 with CAST-A-WAY UK. Since that time, we have opened franchises in Australia, New Zealand, U.S., Mexico, Brazil, and Peru.

Our focus is global expansion and we are always looking at options to join forces with enthusiastic and ambitious entrepreneurs who have a passion for the cruise line industry.

An ideal candidate for a CAST-A-WAY franchise is someone who has worked onboard cruise ships and holds a great understanding of ship life and the industries demands on its crew members. As well, a franchisee has to be someone who still loves the industry and who always wanted to run their own business but wants to keep their feet on solid ground!
