C1/D Visa (not required for US Canadianpassport holders) Some positions will also require B1/B2 Visa (musicians), if training will be provided on land prior to embarking. Depending on itinerary, may require additional MCV and Transit Australian Visas, Canadian Tourist Visa, Schengen Visa or others. |
Your recruiter will inform you of the kind(s) of Visa(s) that you will need require, based on your LOE (Letter of Employment) and ship’s itinerary. Visas will be paid by Crew Member, however upon receipt, will be reimbursed once crew gets onboard. |

Occasionally, Crew Member might need to get to a main gateway (international airport) on its own, as employer may only cover major international airports and not internal connections. |

If contract is completed, this will be covered by the cruise line/concessionary. If Crew Member resigns before the end of the contract, the employer may deduct the cost of the return ticket from the Crew Member’s last salary. |
