L&D Managers on a cruise ship are responsible for leading the learning and development initiatives of the ship’s staff, including all mandatory training and developmental trainings as well. They create and implement training programs, produce the record keeping of such trainings, print certificataes, evaluate employee performance, and ensure that staff are up-to-date with the latest industry standards and practices.
