VIP – PRIVACY POLICY & TERMS OF SERVICE
This document combines, in a single text, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service applicable to the digital and individual access to the Cast-A-Way VIP Area. The user declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted all the content below at the moment they check the checkbox and complete the purchase. The acquisition of any of the available plans implies full agreement with this document.
The Cast-A-Way VIP Area is a digital service that grants access to a private Telegram channel where exclusive content, organized publications, real candidate stories, résumé templates, practical guidance, group live sessions, and clarifications about cruise and resort recruitment processes are made available.
Participation in the VIP does not guarantee a job, an interview, priority service, approval, or any specific professional result; nor does it alter the official recruitment process.
The VIP merely organizes information, reduces noise, and improves the candidate’s overall understanding of the market and its stages, without any promise of employability.
Payment for the monthly or six-month plan is made through a third-party gateway, with a single charge and no automatic renewal. All financial processing takes place exclusively within the secure environment of the payment gateway, without any technical or operational intervention from Cast-A-Way. No card data or sensitive information passes through Cast-A-Way’s systems. The term begins at the exact moment the payment is confirmed, regardless of the date the user enters Telegram. Continuation after the end of the contracted period requires a new purchase, subject to availability of spots, as the channel has a limited capacity.
After payment, the user receives by e-mail an individual and exclusive link to enter the private Telegram channel. This link works only once and is strictly personal. Responsibility for the storage, secrecy, and protection of this link rests solely with the user. If a third party uses the link before the purchaser, that third party will enter the channel in their place, and there will be no re-sending of the link, replacement, compensation, extension of the term, or refund. The same applies to errors in the e-mail address provided by the user at the time of purchase. Cast-A-Way has no technical means to repair the misuse of an exclusive link after it has been issued. Sending the link to the address provided by the user constitutes full delivery of the service, regardless of reading, opening, spam filter, full inbox, app configuration errors, or any individual difficulty accessing the e-mail.
As this is a digital product with immediate access to exclusive content and instant-consumption potential (including texts, videos, templates, stories, and guidance), there is no refund after payment confirmation. The absence of refunds covers withdrawal, regret, individual technical difficulties such as failures installing Telegram, device changes, misuse of the link by third parties, errors in the e-mail provided, lack of time from the user, missed deadlines, or any other personal condition. The purchase represents clear and unequivocal agreement with this policy. The user acknowledges that, upon receiving the link or accessing any VIP content, they have already used a substantial part of the service.
All content provided in the VIP channel is protected by copyright and intended solely for the subscriber’s personal use. Copying, redistributing, reselling, recording, reproducing, screenshotting, publishing, or making any material available outside the channel is prohibited. Violation of these restrictions may result in the user’s immediate removal without refund, as the service is digital and non-refundable.
The user agrees to maintain respectful behavior, without spam, scams, improper self-promotion, disruption, misinformation, or any conduct harmful to the environment where questions are submitted to be selected and possibly answered live during the group sessions. Violation of internal rules or community guidelines may result in suspension or permanent removal of access, also without refund.
Cast-A-Way may change, at any time and without prior notice, internal rules, content, prices, formats, operational structure, access criteria, or service availability, whether due to technical, organizational, legal, or security adjustments. Continued use after such changes constitutes automatic and full acceptance of the new conditions.
For privacy purposes, the only data collected are those voluntarily provided by the user and transmitted through the payment gateway: name, e-mail, and administrative information necessary to identify the purchase and grant access. No financial or card information is stored by Cast-A-Way. This information is used exclusively for operational purposes of the VIP, without disclosure to third parties, except for legal obligations. The user agrees to the processing of this data as described herein.
This document, when accepted via checkbox, constitutes a simple electronic signature valid under the laws applicable to the country in which Cast-A-Way is headquartered. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively before the competent court of the corresponding province, according to local law.

By completing the purchase, the user declares that they have read and fully agree with this Privacy Policy & Terms of Service, acknowledging their responsibility for the use of the exclusive link, understanding the term, understanding the absence of a refund, and fully accepting all the rules that govern access to the Cast-A-Way VIP Area.
