Daytona is from Jamaica and manages our Jamaican office. She makes education her top priority. She obtained her Tourism Management Diploma from Northern Caribbean University. Her outgoing personality, ambition and determination positively impact everyone she comes across. Our of our Jamaican office, we also recruit candidates from the other Caribbean Islands.

Tishauna is from Jamaica, graduated from Northern Caribbean University with a bachelor’s degree in social work. Tishauna began her recruitment experience with Cast-A-Way in 2022. She is currently working with the Caribbean team as a Placement Consultant, helping candidates find their dream job onboard. Her passion is to connect people with the best opportunities in the cruise industry and make their dreams come true.

Jennyfer Sinclair is from Nicaragua, holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, and speaks Spanish and English. She is also a proud mom of two beautiful girls and has been a shipboard recruiter for more than 15 years. Her love and passion for helping people looking for a job opportunity is to see them achieve their goals and change their family lives. She also supports our Key Account Manager Thabi with some admin tasks for Royal Caribbean.

Lorjana’ s extensive experience encompasses thousands of interviews across diverse roles, consistently achieving remarkable success in identifying and placing top-notch talent.

Originally from Ottawa, Canada's capital, Hillary has dedicated herself to a fulfilling career onboard Carnival Cruise Line since 2015. Having worked in the youth department, Hillary quickly rose to the role of Youth Director in 2018, where she passionately led initiatives to create enriching experiences for the younger guests onboard. Hillary is enthusiastic about guiding candidates to achieve their dreams of working at sea, providing valuable support and encouragement to crew members looking to build stable futures for themselves and their families.

Migration & Mobility Expert Originally from Albania, Deni has extensive experience in global talent acquisition and international workforce mobility. At Cast-A-Way, she serves as a Global Placement Consultant, helping organizations identify and secure top-tier talent across borders. Her work is driven by a passion for connecting people with opportunity and by a deep understanding of the complexities of relocation systems worldwide.
