BAR MANAGER

The BAR MANAGER is responsible for overseeing all bar operations onboard the ship, dozens of venues and teams of up to 180 crew. They make decisions regarding menu development, staffing, training, budgeting, and are responsible for ensuring that the bar runs smoothly and provides excellent customer service. It’s a revenue drive department, therefore they are in charge of managing inventory and profitability of this department through continuously improved sales of beverages in all venues.
