The Butlers on a cruise ship are responsible for providing personalized service to passengers in the ship’s luxury suites. They take care of guests’ needs and requests, and ensure that they have a comfortable and enjoyable experience on the ship. They will handle laundry or housekeeping special requests, Food and Beverage and make any reservations required by the guests for shows, special venues or tickets for excursions. It’s a VIP service offered for Very Special Guests, thefore candidates applying for this position must have extraordinary Customer Service experience, and prior professional experience with Housekeeping, F&B and Concierge Services.
