The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating all maintenance requests that come from the hospitality department to the marine maintenance department. It will call and schedule the necessary crew to fix any cabin issues, any venue issues, or any restaurante maintenance items. It will also ensure that all requests are resolved to guests satisfaction or to the head of departments’ satisfaction and in a timelly manner.
