The Hotel Director is responsible for overseeing the ship’s hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage. All other heads of department will report to the HD. They ensure that the ship’s facilities and services meet the needs and expectations of passengers, are responsible for delivering all revenue targets, guests satisfaction KPIs and for the smooth hotel operations for all voyages. Reporting directly to the Captain, he will support all emergency and audit / compliance protocols to ensure safe sailings to the highest industry standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Hotel Managemente, F&B and /or Housekeeping Senior Leadership Management from high end cruise lines or 5 star international hotels.
