The Housekeeping Supervisors oversee the work of a team of Housekeeping crew such as Cabin Stewards or Public Area Cleaners, ensure that all areas of the ship are kept clean and well-maintained as per USPH and the highest industry cleaneless standards. As a middle-manager, will be in charge of daily meetings, crew scheduling, crew training, disciplinary action, escalation of issues to Senior Management, evaluations and recommendations for promotions. They will supervise the work of their team per floor / deck and as directed by the Housekeeping Managers.
