The Lifeguard Staff is responsible for ensuring the safety of the ISLAND VISITORS, while they are swimming in the pools, water parks or at the beach. They are trained in water safety and CPR, and are equipped with rescue equipment and other safety gear. The selected candidates will be working and living in the Bahamas, in the island named Coco-Cay. They will be provided housing and food. Salaries will be in accordance with the Bahamas working laws.
