The Lifeguard Supervisor oversees the operation of the ship’s swimming pools and water-based activities onboard the ship or in the private islands owned by some cruise lines. They manage the lifeguard staff and ensure the safety and well-being of passengers while they are enjoying the aquatic facilities. They will train, schedule and provide leadership feedback to the team.
