They must have knowledge of the rules of various casino games, as well as excellent customer service skills. As a tipped postiion, the ones that go the extra mile often make great tips in addition of their base salary.

CASINO MANAGER

The Casino Manager is responsible for overseeing all casino staff and operations onboard the ship. They make decisions regarding game selection, machinery maintenance, staffing, training, budgeting and are responsible for ensuring that the casino runs smoothly and is in compliance with regulations. As one of the largest revenue makers department onboard, together with the team they must ensure to attract and retain the gamers to achieve high revenue goals per cruise through different games and alongside with Bar Sales. To be hired as Casino Manager, candidate must have worked for another cruise line in the same position.

CASINO SUPERVISOR

A Casino Supervisor works directly under the Casino Manager and is responsible for managing casino employees, including dealers, slot attendants, slot technicians, casino cashiers and bartenders. They ensure that casino operations are running smoothly and handle any customer concerns or complaints.

SLOT ATTENDANT

A Slot Attendant is responsible for working with guests and answering to any issues or questions they may have about the slot games and machines. They also ensure that the machines are in compliance with regulations and that the casino is running smoothly to guests satisfaction.
