WATCHES SPECIALIST

A Watches Specialist is a sales professional who specializes in high-end watch brands. They are responsible for showcasing the watches and providing information to guests about the different brands and models available. They may also perform maintenance tasks such as battery replacements and band adjustments, but ultimatelly they must be experts in their products and ensure they achieve their sales targets per voyage and per month.

SALES ASSOCIATE

A Sales Associate is a Sales Staff responsible for selling products in one fo the many duty free stores onboard. This can include items like souvenirs, apparel, branded sunglasses, purses, beach wear, assessories. They work in various retail outlets and interact with passengers to provide information about the products and services offered ensuring they achieve sales targets per voyage and per month. They can be promoted in the future to Sales Specialists or be hired as Specialists if they bring previous experience selling Liquor, Watches, Jewelry, Fragrance or Beauty products.

RETAILS ASSISTANT MANAGER

The Retail Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Retail Manager in managing the retail operations and staff on board. They may help with scheduling, training, and managing staff, and ensure that the retail stores are running smoothly, they will also assist with inventory management and safety of large items, preparing windows and organizing events to promote different item lines every day of the voyage.

PORT SHOPPING GUIDE

The Port Shopping Guides are responsible for assisting guests to make their purchases on shore, providing information about local shopping opportunities and sales, discounts, scheuduling appointmetns at the prefered brand stores. They may accompany guests on shopping trips and assist them in finding the best products and deals.

JEWELRY SPECIALIST

The Jewelry Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling jewelry products on the cruise ship. They may give presentations, hold workshops and will be responsible for weekly or "per cruise" and "per month" aggressive sales targets. Prior experience selling Jewelry products is an asset, fluent English and public speaking experience are a must.

FUTURE CRUISE SPECIALIST

The Future Cruise Specialist is responsible for helping guests plan future cruises. They may provide information about destinations, itineraries, and ship amenities, and assist guests in booking their next cruise and benefit from current promotions and incentives. They will provide superior customer service and ensure to upsell to achieve sales targets per cruise. This candidate will have fluent English and be very comfortable delivering presentations or speaking in public, with demonstrated track of sales targets beeing constantly achieved and exceeed in prior sales roles.

FRAGRANCE SPECIALIST

The Fragrance Specialist is a Sales Person with great knowledge and experience promoting and selling perfum and colognes on duty free stores onboard or from past high end land based chains or department stores. They may deliver presentations or workshops, and sell fragrances to the guests with weekly goals. They will support a team of other Sales Specialists through croo-sales techniques and also upsell when possible its own fragrance products through high customer service levels.

BRAND AMBASSADOR / TRUNK SHOW

The Brand Ambassador (or Trunk Show) is responsible for promoting and selling Branded Products onboard. They may give presentations, hold workshops, organize events to attract the public into the duty free stores and therfore support the sales team in achieving their sales targets per cruise. With extrovert personality, the Brand Ambassadors must have impecable English and extraordinary charisma and Marketing expertise.

BEAUTY SPECIALIST

A Beauty Specialist is a retail sales person who has great knowledge of a variety of international brands of cosmetics, creams and make-up products. They will be able to create rapport rapidly with the guests and upsell or cross-sell products to overachieve the sales targets of the duty frees onboard.
