They may give presentations, hold workshops, organize events to attract the public into the duty free stores and therfore support the sales team in achieving their sales targets per cruise. With extrovert personality, the Brand Ambassadors must have impecable English and extraordinary charisma and Marketing expertise.

A Beauty Specialist is a retail sales person who has great knowledge of a variety of international brands of cosmetics, creams and make-up products. They will be able to create rapport rapidly with the guests and upsell or cross-sell products to overachieve the sales targets of the duty frees onboard.
