International Ambassadors on a cruise ship serve as the face of the company and are responsible for representing the brand to guests from around the world. They provide information about the ship and its amenities, assist with onboard events and activities, and serve as a liaison between guests and ship staff. HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALISTS
Human Resources Specialists work alongside the HR Manager to support the management of all crew onboard.They assist with employee relations and crew services, performance management, training and development, administrative crew support, cabin administration, name tags / crew IDs issuance, passport and immigration control, travel arrangements and communication with the corporate office schedulers to ensure the accuraty of crew joining and leaving the ships (manifests) for each port. They will also liaison with office for medical leaves, greavances and resignations, and proper payroll collections when appropriate.

The Human Resources Manager or Director on a cruise ship is responsible for managing all crew onboard alongside the Captain. HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISORS
The Housekeeping Supervisors oversee the work of a team of Housekeeping crew such as Cabin Stewards or Public Area Cleaners, ensure that all areas of the ship are kept clean and well-maintained as per USPH and the highest industry cleaneless standards. As a middle-manager, will be in charge of daily meetings, crew scheduling, crew training, disciplinary action, escalation of issues to Senior Management, evaluations and recommendations for promotions. HOUSEKEEPING ADMIN ASSISTANT
It provides administrative support to the Housekeeping Manager. They assist with scheduling, record keeping, supply orders, inventory management and other administrative tasks as needed. They know very well Microsoft Office Package and any office equipment, such as FAX and printers. It has a very flexible personality, discrete attitude for confidential information shared, and will support the leadership team in any admin tasks as needed.
HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER
The Housekeeping Manager (or Executive Housekeeper) is responsible for overseeing the entire Housekeeping department onboard. They ensure that all areas of the ship are cleaned and maintained to a high standard and in compliance with US Public Health and other Health & Safety regulations. He/She will have strong Housekeeping background from land based hotels or solid career growth from the Onboard Housekeeping department, with prior experience with audits and managing large teams of crew and managing large amounts of inventory and ammenity supplies for each cabin and public area as needed.
HOTEL STOREKEEPER
The Hotel Storekeeper is responsible for managing the ship's inventory of supplies and equipment for the hotel department. They maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure that the ship is fully stocked with the supplies and equipment needed to run the hotel operations.
HOTEL DIRECTOR
The Hotel Director is responsible for overseeing the ship's hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage. All other heads of department will report to the HD. They ensure that the ship's facilities and services meet the needs and expectations of passengers, are responsible for delivering all revenue targets, guests satisfaction KPIs and for the smooth hotel operations for all voyages.
