HOUSEKEEPING ADMIN ASSISTANT
It provides administrative support to the Housekeeping Manager. They assist with scheduling, record keeping, supply orders, inventory management and other administrative tasks as needed. They know very well Microsoft Office Package and any office equipment, such as FAX and printers. It has a very flexible personality, discrete attitude for confidential information shared, and will support the leadership team in any admin tasks as needed.
HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER
The Housekeeping Manager (or Executive Housekeeper) is responsible for overseeing the entire Housekeeping department onboard. They ensure that all areas of the ship are cleaned and maintained to a high standard and in compliance with US Public Health and other Health & Safety regulations. He/She will have strong Housekeeping background from land based hotels or solid career growth from the Onboard Housekeeping department, with prior experience with audits and managing large teams of crew and managing large amounts of inventory and ammenity supplies for each cabin and public area as needed.
HOTEL STOREKEEPER
The Hotel Storekeeper is responsible for managing the ship's inventory of supplies and equipment for the hotel department. They maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure that the ship is fully stocked with the supplies and equipment needed to run the hotel operations.
HOTEL DIRECTOR
The Hotel Director is responsible for overseeing the ship's hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage. All other heads of department will report to the HD. They ensure that the ship's facilities and services meet the needs and expectations of passengers, are responsible for delivering all revenue targets, guests satisfaction KPIs and for the smooth hotel operations for all voyages. GUEST SERVICES OFFICER (GSO) or GUEST SERVICES ASSOCIATE (GSA)
The guest services officer is responsible for providing assistance and information to passengers. They help with booking excursions, making dining reservations, and providing recommendations for activities and attractions in port.
FINANCE SPECIALISTS
The Finance Specialists are responsible for the ship's financial reporting, including budgeting, payroll, and accounting per cost center or department. They work closely with the administration purser to ensure that the ship's financial operations run smoothly. Ideal candidates have an Accounting degree or diploma, and bring 1-3 years of experience crunching numbers, running reports for senior management, finding discrepancies. EVENTS / GROUP COORDINATOR
The Events or Group Coordinator is a Guest Service representative who will be responsible for organizing and coordinating special events on the ship, such as weddings, reunions, corporate events and other large group functions as ordered ensuring the smooth delivery of all requirements to those "group events". They work closely with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the event run smoothly and to perfection.
CREW RELATIONS SPECIALISTS
The Crew Relations Specialists are responsible for promoting a positive working environment for the crew on the ship. They organize social events, provide support and admin assistance to crew members, and ensure that the crew satisfaction while onboard as a valued Team Member. Those candidates should bring an HR or Business Administration related degree and prior experience supporting large amounts of staff management and engagement in the past.
CONCIERGE
The Concierge is responsible for providing information and VIP assistance to passengers in making reservations to special shows, shore excursions, dining venues, movies and other travel needs. They provide recommendations for activities and attractions in port or onbaord the ships, and may also provide help with debarkation needs such as transfers, air lines check-ins, hotel reservations. They are master of the art of customer services and know how to cause a great impression on guests.
CABIN STEWARDS
Responsible for keeping the guests' cabins clean and tidy, they must ensure that the cabins are cleaned to USPH high standards and that they are well-stocked with supplies. As a tipped position, going the extra mile offering extraordinary customer service can allow them to make great earnings on gratuities and tips!
