JOINER
The Joiner is responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing the ship's wooden structures and fixtures, including furniture, cabinetry, and paneling. They use a variety of tools and techniques to create high-quality woodwork, and ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards.
INCINERATOR OPERATOR
The Incinerator Operator (or Environmental Officer) is responsible for operating and maintaining the ship's incinerator (which is used to burn waste products generated on board the ship) and waste management per category . They ensure that the incinerator is operating safely and efficiently, and that all waste is disposed of properly.
HORTICULTURIST
The Horticulturist is responsible for maintaining the ship's gardens, lawns, and other outdoor areas. They work with a team of landscapers and gardeners to create and maintain a beautiful and inviting outdoor environment for the ship's passengers.
FITTER TURNER
The Fitter Turner is responsible for manufacturing and repairing metal components on the ship, including parts for the ship's engines and other machinery. They use a variety of tools and techniques to create high-precision components, and ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards.
FITTER REPAIRMAN
The Fitter Repairman is responsible for repairing and maintaining the ship's equipment and systems. They work with a team of technicians and engineers to diagnose and resolve problems, and to ensure that the ship's machinery is functioning properly.
FITTER ENGINE
The Fitter Engine is responsible for maintaining and repairing the ship's engines and other mechanical systems. They work closely with the ship's engineers to diagnose and resolve problems, and to ensure that the ship's propulsion systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
FITTER A/C
The Fitter A/C is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing the ship's air conditioning and refrigeration systems. They work with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that the ship's climate control systems are functioning properly, and that the ship's passengers are comfortable.
ELECTRICIAN
The Electrician is responsible for maintaining and repairing the electrical systems on the ship, including lighting, power distribution, and communication systems. They also ensure that the ship complies with all relevant electrical safety regulations and standards.
DISPATCHER
The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating all maintenance requests that come from the hospitality department to the marine maintenance department. It will call and schedule the necessary crew to fix any cabin issues, any venue issues, or any restaurante maintenance items. It will also ensure that all requests are resolved to guests satisfaction or to the head of departments' satisfaction and in a timelly manner.
DECK CADET
A Deck Cadet is a trainee who is learning the skills necessary to become a deck officer. They work under the supervision of senior officers, assisting with navigation and other deck duties, and learning the proper procedures and protocols for running a ship.
